These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cg777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cg777 website, mobile application, and all associated services available at https://cg777.cam and its subdomains.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with cg777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

cg777 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of age, identity and residential address from any User at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number or passport number.

You accept sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. cg777 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst your credentials are in use will be attributed to you, irrespective of whether such activity was authorised by you.

cg777 reserves the right to undertake enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting certified copies of identification documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or any other city in Pakistan) and source of funds documentation.

All deposits made to your cg777 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts or financial instruments are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

cg777 may reference familiar Pakistani financial channels — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as payment context for informational purposes only. The availability of any specific payment method is determined entirely by the operator at the time of transaction and is subject to applicable regulatory requirements. cg777 does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment channel, nor does it imply endorsement by, affiliation with or support from any of these financial institutions for gambling activity.

Deposits are subject to the following general conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may be updated without prior notice.
• Deposits made in good faith will typically be credited to your Account promptly, subject to payment processor timelines.
• cg777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• Deposits must not be sourced from illegal activity. Any deposits suspected of being linked to financial crime will be reported to appropriate authorities.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from Accounts that have completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds, regardless of balance amount.

Withdrawal processing is subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies, as specified by the operator at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with AML requirements.

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of money laundering.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer formats.

• Losses arising from any suspension, restriction or closure of an Account in accordance with these Terms.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including game RTP data, odds information or payment processing estimates.
• The conduct of third-party operators, payment processors or game studios whose services are accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cg777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

cg777 reserves the right to modify, update, supplement or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the revised version on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Material amendments that significantly affect your rights or obligations will, wherever practicable, be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated agreement.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure through our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cg777 is incorporated and licensed to operate, as notified to Users from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between a User and cg777, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation, using the contact details set out in Section 16 of these Terms. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in cg777's jurisdiction of incorporation.

cg777 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in Pakistan or any specific jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
